HOW TO ORDER

To confirm a signature spot and begin your order, please follow the steps below:

 Email our teamsales@twincitiescomics.com

  • Name of signature(s) you want
  • What convention they are attending
  • Item type to be signed (please specify if you have an oversize item)
  • How many signatures you need
  • Witnessed authentication, if desired

After you have corresponded with us via email and gotten confirmation we are able to get what you need, we will begin your order. If a nonrefundable deposit is required to hold your spot (usually for high demand celebs), you will receive a PayPal invoice via email. Once that is paid, you’re set to send in your item(s)!

 

 

HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR ITEM

 

COMIC BOOKS

Put the following information on the back of the backing board:

  • Your full name
  • Mailing address
  • Email
  • Phone #
  • Which guest signature(s)
  • Which convention they are attending
  • Pen color preference
  • For CGC grading – include your CGC # if submitting under your own account or we will submit under ours
  • For non-CGC books – if you request authentication, indicate where you want sticker placement

 

Send your book in a properly prepped window bag or have us prep a bag for you (additional fee applies). Don’t know how to properly prep a window bag? View a great tutorial with pictures here!

 

FUNKO POPS

Pop boxes must be sent flattened and without the pop. If for some reason, this cannot be done, please email us for other possible options

Put the following information on a post-it note on the back of the pop:

  • Your full name
  • Email
  • Phone #
  • If authentication desired, also indicate this

 

Put the following information on a post-it note on the front of the pop:

  • Who’s signature
  • Pen color preference
  • Any inscription request, if desired

 

If you request multiple signatures on your Funko, please use a post-it note for each individual signature. This means if you want 3 signatures on your Funko, you should have 3 post-it notes on the item with the above information on each one.

 

Flats and rolled posters (up to 27×40)

Put the following information on a post-it note on the back:

  • Your full name
  • Email
  • Phone #
  • If authentication desired, indicate where you want the sticker placed

Put the following information on a post-it note on the front:

  • Who’s signature
  • Pen color preference
  • Any inscription request, if desired
  • Place the post-it note where you want the signature 

 

If you request multiple signatures on your flat / poster, please use a post-it note for each individual signature. This means if you want 3 signatures on your poster, you should have 3 post-it notes on the front with the above information on each one.

 

Props and oversize items

Put the following information on a post-it note on the back:

  • Your full name
  • Email
  • Phone #
  • If authentication desired, indicate where you want the sticker placed

 

Put the following information on a post-it note on the front:

  • Who’s signature
  • Pen color preference
  • Any inscription request, if desired
  • Place the post-it note where you want the signature 

If you request multiple signatures on your prop/ oversize item, please use a post-it note for each individual signature. This means if you want 3 signatures on your item, you should have 3 post-it notes on the front with the above information on each one.

 
 
*If any item does not have identifying information on it, we have no way of knowing who it belongs to! Often we get the same items sent in so we want to make sure you get the correct item back.  You will be charged a fee if we have to try and identify an unmarked item

 

 

MAILING INSTRUCTIONS

All non-oversize items will be sent to our office. We do have a submission cutoff for each signing, so please make sure to mail your item(s) timely. Generally speaking, unless otherwise stated, we must receive your item 1 week before the signing at the latest. Please send non-oversize items to:

All oversize items (including props) are generally mailed directly to the signing location and not to our office.  You are required to include a prepaid return shipping label with your item – FedEx preferred. Any additional convenience fees charged for return shipping and handling are customer responsibility (varies by FedEx location). Please make sure to discuss shipping instructions ahead of time with us via email.

 

AFTER THE SIGNING

CGC BOOKS

All completed CGC books will be shipped directly to CGC. Books needing additional signatures will be held for their respective signings

 

PROPS AND OVERSIZE ITEMS

After the item is signed, we will affix your prepaid return shipping label and ship directly from the signing

 

FUNKO POPS  ι  FLATS  ι  ROLLED POSTERS

You will be invoiced for return shipping. Generally, our return shipping is completed  1 – 2 weeks following the signing . We try our best to get you your item back as soon as we can! We know how excited you are to get it back!
