HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR ITEMS

 

**DISCLAIMER – BEFORE LABELING YOUR ITEM ON THE FRONT, PLEASE TEST HOW YOU PLAN TO LABEL IT TO ENSURE  THE LABEL WILL NOT DAMAGE YOUR ITEM. SOME POORLY MADE POSTERS/FLATS/ITEMS CAN BE DAMAGED AS POST-ITS OR OTHER ADHESIVES CAN LEAVE RESIDUE ON THE ITEM OR PULL OFF INK, ETC** – If you are unable to label the item without damaging it, please contact us prior to purchasing signatures or sending your item(s) to us – Laser Jet/Ink Jet printed items also do not take signatures well from sharpies and other pens
 

COMIC BOOKS

Put the following information on the back of the backing board (or on a post-it on the slab if you are sending in a graded comic):

  • Order #
  • Your full name
  • Mailing address
  • Email
  • Phone #
  • Which guest signature(s) you want on your book
  • If it is a convention signing, please specify the convention
  • Pen color preference
  • Any inscription request, if desired (note that inscriptions are extra for some signers)
  • For CGC grading – fill out an online submission form and submit the CGC Packing Slip with the comic once the submission form has been approved. If you do not know how to fill out the submission form please email us and we will send you an email with step by step instructions
  • For ungraded comics – if you would like third party authentication such as Beckett or JSA, when offered, please indicate where you would like the authentication sticker (default location is the back of an item unless required to be another location)

Send your book in a properly prepped window bag or have us prep a bag for you (additional fee applies). Don’t know how to properly prep a window bag, please search the web for “How to window bag comics for signings”. If you are not sending a window bag with your book, please indicate where you want the signature placement to be.

 

FUNKO POPS

Pop boxes must be sent flattened and without the pop. If for some reason, this cannot be done or you would rather send them unflattened there is a different tier for unflattened Funkos. If sending in unflattened oversize Funkos, you must contact us prior to sending as there could be unique send-in instructions.

Put the following information on a post-it note, painters tape, or label of your choice on the back of the pop:

  • Order #
  • Your full name
  • Email
  • Phone #
  • If authentication desired, please note you are requesting authentication (default area is on side window)

Put the following information on a post-it note, painters tape, or label of your choice on the front of the pop:

  • Who’s signature you are requesting (especially important when sending in an item for multiple signatures)
  • Pen color preference
  • Any inscription request, if desired (note that inscriptions are extra for some signers)

 

FLATS AND ROLLED POSTERS (UP TO 27×40)

Put the following information on a post-it note, painters tape, or label of your choice on the back of the item:

  • Order #
  • Your full name
  • Email
  • Phone #
  • If authentication desired, indicate where you want the sticker placed (default location is the back of an item unless otherwise specified or unallowed by authentication service/signing)

Put the following information on a post-it note, painters tape, or label of your choice on the front (See disclaimer at top of page):

  • Who’s signature you are requesting (especially important when sending in an item for multiple signatures)
  • Pen color preference
  • Any inscription request, if desired (note that inscriptions are extra for some signers)
  • Indicate via a post-it note where you want the signature

If you request multiple signatures on your flat / poster, please use a post-it note for each individual signature. This means if you want 3 signatures on your poster, you should have 3 post-it notes with the above information on each one.

 

PROPS AND OVERSIZE ITEMS

Put the following information on a post-it note, painters tape, or label of your choice on the back:

  • Order #
  • Your full name
  • Email
  • Phone #
  • If authentication desired, indicate where you want the sticker placed (default location is the back or inside of an item unless otherwise specified or unallowed by authentication service/signing)

Put the following information on a post-it note, painters tape, or label of your choice on the front (See disclaimer at top of page):

  • Who’s signature you are requesting (especially important when sending in an item for multiple signatures)
  • Pen color preference
  • Any inscription request, if desired (note that inscriptions are extra for some signers)
  • Indicate via a post-it note where you want the signature

If you request multiple signatures on your prop/oversize item, please use a post-it note for each individual signature. This means if you want 3 signatures on your item, you should have 3 post-it notes with the above information on each one. PLEASE NOTE: Props often have specific mailing instructions and are sometimes mailed directly to a signing instead of our office. Please contact us prior to mailing any props to our office.


 

MAILING INSTRUCTIONS

All items will be sent to our office unless stated otherwise in the event details section. We do have a submission cutoff for each signing, so please make sure to mail your item(s) timely. Cut-off date is specified in each event description.

Prior to mailing any props, flats over 16×20 that can not be rolled, or other large items, please contact us to see if there are special mailing instructions such as where to mail items, if return shipping labels are required, etc!
